Chicken Vegetable Soup

Chicken Vegetable Soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Bring chicken stock and water to a boil.  Dice up the onion, carrot and celery and boil until tender.

Dice up the chicken and stir into the soup. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.  Season to taste.  Serve and enjoy!
