- 8 small apples.
- 150g of dry coconut
- 3 tbs, of cinnamon.
- 1 Pera Orange
- 3 tbs of coconut butter
Slice the apples, dice the oranges and mix with the butter and 1/2 of the cinnamon into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally until the apples are tender.
In a separate bowl, mix the coconut and remaining cinnamon. Spread in an even layer over a cookie sheet and toast.
Combine ingredients and bake for a final ten minutes. Let cool and serve!
